Designed by Keisuke Saka, one of Japan's most honoured paper engineers, the kits are suitable for 12 years and above.

The kits require cutting, folding, gluing and a dose of your patience to assemble. White school glue or paper glue is recommended.

English instructions are included.




Tin Toy Paper Model Books

The paper models featured in the books are designed by Japanese paper engineer, Keisuke Saka, based on classic tin toys from the reknown Tin Toy Museum in Yokohama, Japan.

The museum was started in 1986 by Teruhisa Kitahara and exhibits his famous collection of 3,000 tin toys from the 1890s to the 1960s.


Each book has 3 paper models printed for you to cut out and construct. Book 1 has moveable model; book 2 has two moveable models.
